1. Platform Role

Marketplace AI provides creator profiles, public listings, external links, private ownership-awareness checklists, and marketplace discovery tools. Marketplace AI does not claim ownership of user content.

2. Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for making sure they have rights to upload, display, link, describe, license, or sell their work.

3. Educational Checklists

Ownership checklists and resource links are informational only and are not legal, tax, accounting, or business advice.

4. Memberships

The demo membership is shown as $2/month. Production billing should be processed by Stripe or another payment provider, and final billing terms should be stated here.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users may not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or impersonating content.

6. Moderation

Marketplace AI may remove listings, suspend accounts, or restrict access when content violates these terms or applicable law.
